‘Laatbloeiers’ is an installation in which I created three flower arrangements for the public urinals of Haarlem. The work raises awareness about how the public space is still primarily designed for (able-bodied) males. The installation was made for Boring festival which took place in the last weekend of January, its main goal is to interweave theatre, music and art with the Dutch nightlife.e.

‘Laatbloeiers’ is een installatie waarin ik drie bloemstukken maakte voor de publieke urinoirs in Haarlem. Met het werk creëer ik bewustzijn over het feit dat de openbare ruimte nog altijd is ontworpen voor (valide) mannen. Het festival vond plaats in het laatste weekend van januari en heeft als hoofddoel theater, muziek en kunst te verweven met de Nederlandse nachtcultuur.
